Romantic Pre-wedding Shoot at Rosewood Hotel Hong Kong | Jessica & Jim

When Jessica contacted me for a boudoir & prewedding shoot, she told me all her dreams for the shoot and I love chatting with her about the shoot ideas. She dreams of looking feminine, chic & beautiful with the wedding dress of her dreams with her fiancé Jim. As her dress is quite elaborate & glam, we chose the Rosewood Suite as the main backdrop of the shoot.

Jessica is very particular about what she likes & is very detailed oriented, very much like me in this sense. Wanting every detail to be perfect while looking effortless, beautiful and sensual is probably why she approached me for a photo shoot.

I always appreciate brides coming to me already have some ideas what she wants and what she loves, giving me a lot more ideas to brainstorm and work with.

We added an outdoor shoot with colonial architecture element to be a classic & timeless backdrop, which I think is great for black and white portraits.

We got back to the Rosewood Suite just in time for a few sunset shots at the balcony, where I enjoy some moody shots experimented with more editorial posing. I always find couples most relaxed and fun towards the end of the shoot, and I often get my favourite shots at the last scenes.
